General advice: Please be at the relevant landing stage no later than 10 minutes prior to scheduled departure since these times may vary. You can purchase up to 150 tickets through our advance sales facility at various ticketing outlets. A further 100 tickets will be sold directly on board in good weather. To ensure you put your best foot forward at all times whatever the sailing conditions we specifically ask our female passengers not to wear high-heeled shoes under any circumstances. Please note that the heels on your shoes should be at least 2 x 2 cm thick! Smoking is not permitted in the lounges but it is allowed amidships and on deck. Carriage of bicycles is not permitted.
